At Swisssnow, we aim to provide reliable and flexible food delivery and pickup options for our customers. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Pickup Option (Self-Collection)

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our location at:

You will receive a confirmation email with your pickup time once the order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Zones

We currently deliver within selected areas in Geneva. You will be notified during checkout if your address is outside our delivery zone.

2.2 Minimum Order for Delivery

If your address is outside our standard delivery zone, we may still offer delivery if a minimum order amount is met. This threshold will be displayed during checkout or provided upon request.

2.3 Group Orders (Bulk or Group Delivery)

Customers can initiate a group order with friends, colleagues, or community members. If the group reaches the minimum order volume, we can deliver to a single, unified delivery location (e.g., workplace, campus, shared building).

To start a group order, please use our “Group Order” function or contact our team for support.

2.4 Delivery Timing

We aim to deliver your meals on time. However, delivery times may vary based on weather, traffic, and kitchen volume. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

3.1 Quality Issues Only

Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item:

•Is incorrect

•Is damaged

•Has a verifiable quality issue

Please report any such issues within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing marc.podesta@gmail.com. Attach photos and order details if possible. Approved refunds may be partial or full, at our discretion.

3.2 No Refunds for Taste or Preference

We do not offer refunds for issues related to personal taste, incorrect selections by the customer, or late pickups/deliveries due to factors beyond our control.
