Q1: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our menu, customize your meal, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and choose delivery or pickup.

Q2: Can I customize my meal (e.g. remove ingredients)?

A: Yes! Many dishes allow you to add notes during checkout. If you have specific requests, you can contact us before placing the order.

Q3: I have food allergies—can I still order?

A: Absolutely. You can set your allergy preferences in your account. We also list common allergens on each dish page. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens.

Q4: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver within selected zones in Geneva. If you’re outside the area, you may still qualify for delivery with a minimum order amount or via a group order.

Q5: Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

A: Yes! You’re welcome to collect your meal from our location:

Q6: How do group orders work?

A: You can start a group order and share the link with others. Once the group reaches the minimum order value, we can deliver to one shared location (e.g., your office, school, or neighborhood).

Q7: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure digital payment methods. All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers.

Q8: Do you charge delivery fees?

A: A small delivery fee may apply depending on your location. Any fees will be shown clearly during checkout.

Q9: Do you offer promotions or discounts?

A: Yes! Keep an eye on our homepage banners or subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive deals and loyalty rewards.

Q10: Can I return my food or get a refund?

A: We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of food. However, if there’s a quality issue or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours at marc.podesta@gmail.com.

Q11: Do I need an account to order?

A: You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, earn loyalty points, and save preferences.

Q12: What are loyalty points and how do they work?

A: You earn points every time you order. Points can be redeemed for discounts or gifts. Check your account dashboard for your current balance.

Q13: How can I refer a friend?

A: You can share your unique referral link from your account. When a friend orders using your link, you both receive rewards!

Q14: How can I receive updates or promotions?

A: Subscribe to our email newsletter via the homepage or checkout. We’ll send you daily menu highlights and special offers.

Q16: How do I join your food lovers’ group?

A: Join our community group via WhatsApp/Telegram to receive daily real-meal photos and cooking insights. Links are provided on the homepage.

A: Yes. We use SSL encryption and comply with GDPR standards. Your payment details are processed securely by trusted third parties.
